The facilities and amenities at the hotel were excellent, including the very comfortable beds and good security. The buffet breakfast offered a good variety of options, with fresh fruit and attentive service. The free shuttle service to nearby tourist sites was convenient and allowed us to easily explore the area.
The location of the hotel on a busy street and near the metro was not ideal, as it resulted in some noise and limited views from the relatively small room. Additionally, the TV being housed in a cupboard was a bit inconvenient, although there were a few English channels available.

Staff
TV channels, not enough channels with news, mainly selling on tv channels, there is one channel between every channel that does not work, TV in bad shape. Noise around, you can hear steps from the room above. Pillows are very hard and big. Bathroom towels are very hard, need a softener...

I had a fantastic experience staying at this 4-star hotel. The staff here were incredibly friendly and efficient, always ready to assist with any queries or requests. The room I stayed in was clean and spacious, with a comfortable bed and pillows that ensured a good night's sleep. The hotel also had excellent facilities, including a well-equipped gym and a delicious breakfast with a wide variety of food and drinks to choose from. The location may not be the most attractive, but it was convenient for my needs and I felt safe and secure throughout my stay. The free Wi-Fi in the rooms was also a bonus, allowing me to stay connected during my visit.
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

The room was big and nice.
There were lot of noise coming from the plumbing pipes. The area doesn't seem very safe, so you will have to take a cab.

The hotel is conveniently located close to a metro stop, making it easy to travel to the Zocalo for the day. Despite being in an area with not much around, it's a good option for those who plan to spend their time out. After sightseeing, guests can relax in the clean rooms with comfortable beds and take advantage of the well-stocked gym. the breakfast buffet is impressive with a wide variety of food and drinks.
The hotel is not within walking distance to any attractions or neighborhoods, so guests will need to rely on public transportation or taxis to get around.

Excellent Customer Service
I cannot recommend this hotel enough. Traveling with an infant can be tough, but the staff at the hotel went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted and assisted with our luggage. The check-in process was smooth and they even had a baby cot ready in our room. The room was exceptionally clean and the housekeeping staff did a great job keeping it tidy. We felt safe and welcomed throughout our stay. The location is also great, near Coyoacan which is a nice district to explore. The food at the hotel exceeded our expectations, especially the caldo soup and guacamole. our experience at this Holiday Inn was wonderful.

The breakfast had a good variety and fresh fruit. The shuttle service to the popular tourist spots was helpful, but it cost more than taking the metro. The ice machine was convenient to have, especially for drinks.
The location was noisy and not the safest, especially during Easter. The room was too small and the window did not open, making it feel claustrophobic.
